    Hello kleinert,

Thank you for your interest in Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Could you please make sure your Acronis Bootable CD is created with the latest build of Acronis True Image 8.0? If the problem persists with the latest build please let us know the full model name of your hard drive controller.

    Thank you.

    Hello kleinert,

We regret to inform you that we do not support Acronis True Image 7.0 any longer because this version is very old. Please download free trial version of Acronis True Image 8.0 from our site, create Acronis Bootable CD and make sure it works on your computer. The upgrade to the latest version is available at our on-line store.

    Thank you.
