I have e-mailed a request to support, but have not yet received a reply. I am using True Image 8.0, build 768. When installing the software, I went through the registration process, I thought. I have created an account and can log in. However: I don't show any products registered. When I try to register the product, I get the message that the serial number is already registered!?! I can't download the newest build until I register my product (see above). I can't burn a rescue CD, even after booting in safe mode. I see in other posts that perhaps the latest build will solve that issue, (see the other two statements above). I seem to be in a catch-22 situation. Any suggestions??
