Replace IE6 and OE6

Needing help please,

My brother in the UK had a trojan on his 98se,he managed to get rid of it
but somehow during that process he lost the use of IE6 and OE6 on his machine.

Neither are in Control Panel\Add Remove,I think both are still in Program Files,
but appear to be short of Dll's and won't work.
I did not want to ponce about, so I burned copies of both mine,off my own 98se,which are updated to the minute,and sent the CD to him.

Usually I install both using MS setup.exe,to install both from the total
IE Package.
Can anyone please advise on the simplest method to NOW install both, when they are on a CD as separate programs, not bundled together in the MS Package.

I don't think you can. You can install both and remove OE.

Anyway............. time to upgrade to XP??
