Renewal Not working?

    Hello,
    So the other day my nod32 started saying I need to renew (I have 13 days) so I did the renewal process, got the email to confrim that I renewed etc, but my NOD 32 is still orange and tells me to renew.

    I have re-entered my username/pass that was sent a long - and have restarted multiple times. Its now been several hours and still says I need to renew?

    Please help

    Hello Garandhero,

    Give the renewal process at least twenty four hours to complete.
