Renew license on clients

    Hello,

    I've updated my ERA with .lic file, it'll now expire the 24/02/2012.
    The issue is on my clients (we have 60 clients) the expire notification has not changed, the date is still on 24/02/2011.

    Is there a delay to the now licence be applied on all clients ? Is there a way to force it ?

    Are the clients mobile users with notebooks or located at different locations? Otherwise they should update from a local mirror, ie. no username / password would be required for update and thus no expiration notice would appear on the clients either. A license key is only required when activating the mirror feature for creating a local copy of update files.

    Still, my recommendation remains valid - point the clients to update from a local mirror unless they are mobile clients or the computers are at several locations.
