    The thread noting the offer above has been removed.

    The "free" license was being provided to a limited audience based upon geographic location and having a secret promotional code which was not made generally available by the company. The webpage referencing the offer even had people using a proxy to fake their location to be within the area the offer was being made. Clearly this was not meant to be opened to the entire world.
