Removable Media Scan

Hi!

I have some questions regarding removable media scan:
1. When I insert USB Flash Disk or SD Card, will ESS scan it automatically?
2. When I perform Smart Scan with USB Flash Disk or SD Card still inserted, will ESS scan it?

1: No it will not, but you have the opportunity to configure it to do so, How do I configure my Windows ESET product to automatically scan removable media devices?

2: yes it will scan your usb/flash disk....may rewrite my answer a bit, sorry, but it seems from my logs that if you have a usb inserted and then is performing a Smart scan then the only thing there will be scanned is your local disk, and not as you ask for, your local disk + usb.
