remote server console server password

Hi i installed the remote admin server and console. When i login it asks me for a password to server even when i give the server password it does not connect any suggestions.

did you look at log? i think its in %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Eset\Eset Remote Administrator\Server\logs\era.log
