    When tried to remote deploy ATI Agent [windows environment] it fails with below error

    E00010000: Remote installation to "10.0.0.71" failed.
    Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password (0xFFF0)
    code = 8007052E)
    Tag = 0xBD28FDBD64EDB8AF
    Press Retry to try again, or press Ignore to skip current computer, or press Ignore All to skip all failed computers, or press Other user for new user name and password, or press Cancel to cancel group remote installation.

    Tried all combination of user names and permissions --> computername\username [administrator, backup opertor etc..]

    Disabled firewall and no antivirus are antispyware, fresh installed pc's no extra software

    Tried reinstallting the entire suite still same error.

    Its a basic peer to peer NW one xp sp2 pc as server ATIEcho enterprises and the other laptop XPSP2 as client.

    I was able to install the agent locally then the communication was fine. But in case of SMB environmment [proposed installtion]its trouble.

    version is up-to-date Build 8076

    Thanks in advance for the help.

    Hello premselvam,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

    We are sorry for delayed response.

    Please notice that a new build (8115) of Acronis True Image Echo Enterprise Server was recently released. To get access to updates you should first register your software. Please don't forget to update all installed components, as they need to be the same build in order to interact properly.

    Please also make sure all settings are set as described in chapter 4.2 "Installing/updating Acronis components on remote machines" of Acronis True Image Echo Enterprise Server User's Guide.

    Thank you.
