Remote access for computer repair shop?

    Is there any cheap software that can let repair shop access unlimited number of customer PC's at customer request? Something that customer do not need to preinstall.

    I saw few of them but a lot priced...

    Also is there any Linux open source aplication for this task?

    We've written something that does this which we use for our IT Services business here in Sydney. We'd never considered reselling it but PM me if you would like to discuss.
