    Hello,

Does anyone know of an extensions that does this:

    - Allow user to fill in various items - a to-do list
    - Be accessible via some button on one of the menus / bars
    - Easily editable (with optional scheduling)

Sort of bookmarks, only for tasks and such.

    Mrk

    ReminderFox

AND, you can install it in FF and TB and use the same reminder file.

    VERY COOL!

    Mrkvonic,

I just recently discovered Todoist and think it's great. Todoist is online task/list management application that offers indented lists.

The best part is the Firefox extension you can use with it. It places a small T on your Firefox status bar. Right-click the T and you can add a task/item to any of your lists, set the priority, and enter a date.

    To use it:
    1. Set up an account at Todoist
    2. Set up some lists
    3. Install the Firefox extension (it's located under the What's New menu option at Todoist but I've provided a direct link to install it)
    4. Restart Firefox
    5. Copy down your web service token from the preferences menu at Todoist and copy it into the extension options

Then you'll be all set and can use Todoist and the extension for your tasks/list. I'd probably watch the short tutorials at the site since they show some of the better features and will save you time.

Another possibility is Toodledo. This offers features more inline with what you want:
    • Recurring to do's or tasks with notes
    • Calendar
    • Reminders
    • Folders and contexts (for use with gtd)
    • Integration with: Firefox (via right-click, toolbar, sidebar), igoogle, google calendar, imified, mobile phone, ical, rss

    It's very good.
