I a trying RegRun presently and I had a question regarding WatchDog. What is the best setting to check the "Watch changes"; every 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes?

    Thanks for help

    Hello Antartica,

For best protection and timeliness of registry/system change alerts I highly recommend that you set WatchDog to check at 1-minute intervals.

Thanks CogitoErgoSum and starfish_001 for your feed back and experience with RegRun.:)

Does it use lots of memory when the WatchDog is active?

Right now it is set to 15 minutes, so I will lower it to 5 minutes to start with and see what happend.

You are very welcome. FYI, when using RegRun Platinum 4.6 on my system, WatchDog typically consumes a little over 3.5Mb of RAM.

    Thanks to both of you.:)

I may have some more question later as I will try to get use to the Software. So far I like it very much.
