    No one has any good reason to edit drivers. If you don't know what you're doing, you could render Windows unbootable. Good advice here is to always backup your registry so you can revert any change you make to it if they don't work.

    SYSTEM preventing some 'Handles' is understandable. I will run Total Registry AS SYSTEM and see if we can override the blocking.
