Registration problem

    Hi, I want to use Acronis true image 11 trial, but i have a problem.I get a message "registration database is not avaible, please try again." I stop my firewall and anti-virus.but nothing changed.I'm using vista.sorry for bad english.Thanks for help...

    i get the same error on both a vista machine and a 2000 machine. :(
