Registration key

    Hi,

    Purchased Port Explorer on the 5th, but until now I haven't received my registration key yet. :doubt:
    When I purchased PG I received it about an hour after.
    Also checked the members area to see if the code was listed, but it's not yet available.

    Also in the members area there should be a link for purchasing other DCS products with a discount, but I didn't see any link. :rolleyes:
    So I purchased PE at full price. :D

    This is however not a complaint, because I really understand if you're busy.
    I'm just curious as to why it's different from my previous purchase.

    Anxious to get started with the registered version, I guess. :cool:

    Anyhow keep up the good work. ;)

    You should private message Wayne and let him know your situation. I bet he would take care of you within a couple days.

    I don't think these guys are hitting the forum as much as they usually would so you have to get in their face a little.

    also have you went to regsoft.com and looked up your order, or do you see that your card has been charged and all that stuff. When I purchased PE I got two emails, i think the second one has a link to the members area and your new code.

    Already sent an email, but until now no response. :doubt:
    Yeah, haven't seen much of them lately.
    My card has been charged and PE is listed in my member area, but it doesn't display my registration key. o_O

    Thanks for your help, I'll let you know how it turns out. ;)

    You have probably seen this posted before but in case you haven't the DCS folks are not usually available on weekends so I can only ask that you continue with your patience concerning this matter. I do realize via your posts the time line but can only ask that they be given just a little more time to respond and can only hope the assistance that you definetly deserve after this length of time comes sooner than later.

    As usual I only send a reminder whenever I don't receive my registration key within a week.
    Until now they haven't yet broken the record from a certain company, which I'm not going to name by name. :D

    I'm a patient man, so I'll give them some more time to rectify this situation. :)

    Just saw my registration key displayed in my member area. :D
