Regdefend question

    I take it Jason that regdefend runs in the back ground and does not need to be active to protect the registry.
    Sorry if this is an obvious question.

    The GUI needs to be active , when it is not, the driver will stop protecting the registry. So to answer your question, you must keep the GUI running for the protection to be enabled.

    Thanks Jason, will this always be the case or will there be further improvements, where u dont need to keep the Gui active, as u may forget to activate it in the first place.

    RegDefend will launch on startup, so you don't really need to forget about running it everytime your computer starts. It sits in the system tray using little resources. :)

    Thanks Jason, I forgot about that setting in regdefend under options.
