recovery of licence dont work :-(

hi, i forget my license and today i try to recover it but without any luck. can you somebody try to recover your login and password? if it will be worked for some of you problem will be maybe on my pc :-(

 

Have you contacted the distributor / reseller that you purchased ESS from ?

 

i buy it directly from eset slovakia, but contact times are from 8.00 to 16:30 and now is 23:23 and without login details i cant download new version :-(

you should receive your User name and Password within a few minutes. It worked fine for me.
