a few months late in commenting on this but Lenovo is one PC manufacturer that is aware of the Realtek HD Audio driver security vulnerability and published a security advisory in early March 2020 about the problem: Realtek Audio Driver Vulnerability - US (LEN-30506) Lenovo has released updated Realtek HD audio drivers since late March 2020 for some systems that do have the security fix and plans to release more new Realtek audio drivers for more Lenovo machines in the upcoming weeks. many other manufacturers may or may not be aware of the Realtek audio driver security problem so contact them and make them aware of the security problem and have them get in touch with Realtek to release newer audio drivers.
