Real-time file system protection

    Running Eset SS V. 4.0.474.
    This happens in Vista Business with all the SPs.
    Why doesn't Real-time system protection turn on immediately at startupo_O?
    It's messing up my use of Ccleaner

    Real-time protection is started automatically unless the option "Start real-time protection automatically" is disabled or there's another serious problem with the system.
