re register on reinstall?

    I had installed Eset Smart security 4 a few months back. I had received the product in a sealed box.I used the serial number that came with the product to register it online.Upon registration, i received Username and Password from Eset.
    Now, i had to format my PC.
    After re-installing, i set up Eset Smart security 4.But, it is not accepting the Username and Password i received when i had registered my product.
    Do I have to register it again?
    Product is Valid till Nov 2011

    If your license is valid until Nov 2011, you should not have to re-activate or register your license. Please PM me with the email address you used to originally register your license and I will look into it and get back to you.
