I'm with you man! ;) :thumb:
plus setting your pc under LUA/SRP frees up more system resources for other things rather than using a whole variety of apps just to cover an administrator's account security holes.

I just say to each there own I will never use LUA or UAC or HIPS because I have full control of my system and I'm the only one that uses it! If I want to test programs or test malware I use a VM with Shadow Defender just in case! And Prevx & NOD32 are on always on the Host! IMO ;)

I agree, except I do like a good HIPS!

I have one snapshot that has SSM, OA ++ and for good measure recently added Malware Defender 2.6. Hey!...it works for me. ;)

I no understand you logic. You say you full control but you use Prevx, NOD32? Why for? Sound like you no full control at all and are rely bad protection method.

Yes I wait for you say that and you say now. That my point. If you never get infect why you run Prevx, NOD32? If you full control why need this programs. Ok? And yes talk on MBR then. Stop reply me. Can PM instead.

    Hi cgeek,
The MBR protection is also enabled by default when you enter a virtual mode for both the free and paid versions. This is further strengthened by the fact that it is integrated into the virtualization feature itself and is only deactivated when the authorized user turns the virtualization off. This means that when the GUI is locked and/or password protected, another user of the same computer can not change the state of the protection ;)
