    Hi,

    Recently, I experienced an electric surge that "rolled" my computer over. Fortunately, I do have a backup.

    I have been able to restore most applications. However, whilst I could restore ProcessGuard and Port Explorer, I did lose the Keyfile for WormGuard. I have downloaded the "trial" program and I now need the Keyfile!

    What is the procedure to recover this file?

    I need help from Diamond CS

    Hi all,

    I have senrt two emails to Diamondcs and my Post to these forums remain unanswered.

    I am a licence holer for TDS, Wormguard and Port Explorer. When TDS was discontinued I accepted Wormguard as an alternative.

    I need the keyfile in order that I might "own" my copy of Wormguard. Why is Diamondcs not answering my emails?

    It's best if We keep it all in one thread so I have merged the one you just started into your ongoing thread. We'll keep an eye on this thread and if need be after a reasonable amount of time I'll bump it back up for attention.

    I have just read the problems Rainwalker had with getting his keyfile.
    Is there a problem that we do not know about?

    I will ask again, Diamondcs, CAN I HAVE MY KEYFILE?? Pleas.

    Recently, the most reliable recent course when this occurs seems to have been to send a direct PM to Wayne - DiamondCS via this site. I'll note that it's now the weekend and it's been a few days since he has logged into the site, so I unfortunately wouldn't expect a reply until at least Monday, but that's the approach I'd recommend at this time. Hope this helps.
