RAS / RAC

    Any idea why when running the Console and Connecting to a Server the server does not show up in the top pane, and the clients then don't show up either but they do appear in Successful Installs.

    I have it working at 3 locations but other techs are experiencing this problem and I can't isolate what is different.

    RAC installed on this local RAS machine?
    Using the correct IP address?
    The .LIC file for the RAS been properly installed? Try reinstalling the .LIC file (I'll put most of my money on the lic file being the issue)
    Local NOD32 Client install pointing it itself for remote admin to report in?

    Thank You

    Replacing the .LIC file and restarting service this solved the problem.

    Also some do have the RAC installed locally on the RAS will this cause problems?

    I have around a dozen setup that way...no problems.
