    Thanks Peter,
    I have read and done all in the how did I get infected in the first place. And about once a month I am loaded with all kinds of crap. Yesterday after I did all of that, I shut the computer off. Later I went back on and I had a bunch of reports from spyware guard on changing my home page. Then a thing from virtual bouncer came up, so I went and read and found out it was spyware, so I ran spybot. It fixed most of it but said to restart and it would fix the rest. I did this and it took my about 5 times of restarting before it was gone. I am also still getting alot of pop ups.

    The computer is used only by my 3 teenagers, I have another one and had the same problems. It finally got a virus that fried the hard drive so I got a new one. On the new one I have McAfee, spybot, spyguard, and spyware blaster and I have had no problems and no pop ups. I have all this on the computer with problems except I have AVG instead of McAfee. Don't know what else to do to get this computer normal again. Any help would be appreciated.
    Thank You

    Can you post another log for that computer. Things have obviously changed.

    Regards,

    Hi apple,

    Check the item below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

    O4 - Startup: Virtual Bouncer.lnk = C:\Program Files\VBouncer\VirtualBouncer.exe

    Then reboot into safe mode and delete:
    C:\Program Files\VBouncer <= entire folder

    Regards,

    Pieter
