    Hey,
will the True Image Enterprise Server support RAID controllers, that are only supported by Windows if you install their proper drivers (i.e. pressing F6 at setup time)?
We have a server with one RAID-1 for the system files and one RAID-5 for the data. Both controllers need special drivers, windows would not be able to access those disks without the drivers. There are no other disks (normal ide for example). How can True Image be able to restore an image to those disks from DVD or an external USB-Disk or a tape?
    Regards
    Grommit

    Hello Grommit,

Thank you for your interest in Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

When Acronis True Image 8.0 Enterprise Server for Windows is running under Windows, then it works with all the hard disk drivers detected by the operating system.
If Acronis True Image 8.0 Enterprise Server for Windows is running in rescue mode (e.g. to restore the system partition), then the following RAID controllers are supported:

    - P-ATA (IDE) RAID controllers (Promise, Highpoint)
    - All levels (RAID 0,1,2,3,4,5) of most of SCSI RAID controllers (Adaptec, Dell, LSI and others)
    - SATA RAID controllers (Highpoint, Intel, Promise, Silicon Image)

Some RAID controllers may be supported as well (the ones that have not been tested yet) and the others will be supported with the future updates.

Please download and install Acronis True Image 8.0 Enterprise Server for Windows trial version in order to see how the product works on your server.

Please visit Acronis online store to purchase the full version of the product.

Please also note that we have a flexible system of discounts and the amount of the discount varies depending on the number of copies you want to purchase.

In case you are planning to purchase many copies, please contact our Sales Team at sales@acronis.com.

    Thank you.
