RA 3.0 update error code

    Completed the update on RAC, the update state shows "Creating mirror failed, Usage error, code: 1(0x4) (12/1/2009 4:58:10 PM) 100%".

    what is the meaning of above error message? :D

    delete contents of mirror folder, does is work if you leave mirror folder in its default location?
