qwest.net 135 DSTHOSTNAME

    Beginning today i am seeing 67-133-239-33 qwest.net 135 DSTHOSTNAME.
    As i understand it this is coming from an MS OS machine. That PC acts as an instrument controller and is never used for the web. How is it connecting to my machine and how do i block it o_O Again the address is 67-133-239-33 and not 67.133.239.33

    every thing that i'm finding is talking about qwest.net being a internet provider running the ip you posted seem to return the same kind of results. but i'm sure some one here will know more about this and what is really going on.
