    hi people
    i've a question...
    a spyware entered my pc...
    i cured my pc but now when i open IE...the about:blank shows:

    "Detected SPYware! System error #384

    It doesn't seem like you're completely cured. How did you "cure" the first time?

    i made a checkup with spybot and AVG 7.0
    ...

    That will not be enough in this situation, you will need to follow Snowbounds advice and post a HijackThis Log at one of the specialist forums...
