Is it possible for a website I visit to see what bookmarks I have saved in Firefox?

No it's not possible with any browser.

I think it's not possible because if it were possible, browser fingerprinting sites like https://panopticlick.eff.org/ ought to be using your set of bookmarks to try to uniquely identify you.
