It's a shot in the dark, but what's that theme you're using? Try defaulting it.

You aren’t running any skinning software like windowblinds?

 

Well, Phant0m, apparently he is using windowblinds, and I really think that is the only cause of this problem. That's exactly why I never use skinning.
-NiCeGuY-, you will have to uninstall windowblinds completely in order to check my suggestion correctly.

Hi Phant0m,

There was the same kind of issue in Look 'n' Stop rule edition dialog box sometimes ago, and just enlarging the IP field control solved the issue.
