Is there any router that allows configuration/software modification to allow mac address spoofing of the router's NIC (Network Interface Card) mac address on boot up, i.e. when the router is turned on?

OpenWRT or DD-WRTboth allow setting cron jobs and using additional software from repos. OpenWRT has macchange in their repo and DD-WRT can use ifconfig to do this.

    Thanks Kyle!

Note: both of your links had some garbage at the end which got 404 messages.

No problem. I don't know why but it appears the forum software is adding that in. I just took a look and the links are correct in the edit window.
