I've just discovered that the TI file type ".tib" is also used by a software product named Tweakie. I've been using Tweakie for years to help with IE.

I'm afraid I'm not knowledgeable enough about file types to know if this would cause any kind of problems. Can someone shed some light on this.

    Hello Ed Y,

Thank you for choosing Acronis True Image (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).

There shouldn't be any problems if you don't try to open the image file with any other application except Acronis True Image. If Acronis True Image was installed after Tweakie then the .tib extension should be assigned to Acronis True Image.

Since you can do all the operations using Acronis True Image wizards you usually do not need to click on the image files in Windows Explorer because you may choose them in Acronis True Image wizard.

    Thank you.

Thanks, Ilya, that's what I thought but wasn't sure.
