I dont know what happened...
The loading is stucked like this...
Maybe there are too many files in quarantine so it takes time to load all information about them. Try deleting the content of quarantine ("%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\Quarantine") and see if it makes a difference.
If I might chime in here, the ESET KB article on how to delete quarantined files.
Does this remove them completely from your computer?
Separate names with a comma.
