I gotta say, pushing data that fast via radio is just mind-boggling!

It's too bad mobile devices are such a privacy nightmare

I've read that in Holland they are planning to deliver TV via 5G. Apparently it's even faster than DVB-T2.

 

Wow. Isn't that almost full circle? I mean, abandoned analog TV bands have been sold off for mobile stuff. Is that what they're using for 5G? Or will the old TV bands be used for WiFi? And yes, I could google that

 

I thought that you of all people would be using more than one.

 

I have experimented. But not recently.

As Mirimir, I mean. As my meatspace identity, I of course use them.

That's why I like the idea of remotely-hosted virtual smartphones, with selectable SIM connectivity to cellular networks.
