    MP3s are why I still buy CDs. Then I rip them to flac. Then I transcode if I have no other option (car doesn't play any lossless formats.)

    And HDtracks never bothered with lossy music to begin with.
    It makes no sense to use lossy when storage is cheap.

    All my music is in FLAC. A lot is in HD FLAC.

    If done well, it is impossible to hear the difference from MP3 320 to FLAC or other lossless format. This is all just hype.
