Had 360IS on a couple of XP PCs for over a year. Followed the 360TS beta saga here as it seemed to be being morphed into something useable 5.2.0.1085 released at Christmas - took the plunge on an old Vista laptop. To say that it is really impressive would be an understatement. Wow! And 'icing on the cake' is the built-in Windows patching feature! 'Windows Update' stopped working on his PC about 2 years ago after some system files got corrupted. (see first 2 images) Tried re-installing Windows Update service - didn't fix it. Tried recovering from back-up - didn't fix it. Tried "in-place install" from a Vista CD - didn't fix it. Microsoft recommended a reset to factory settings... that would be 2006 factory settings wouldn't it dear MS tech support guy, wouldn't it? - didn't even bother. But 360TS has got me up to date without 'Windows Update'. Woohoo!
V6 beta can now work with a Limited user account. I have it installed on an old XP computer with no problems so far.
Great to know that it's working out for you! I've been using it for the past two weeks, and I don't believe I'll be replacing it anytime soon because of how strong and light it is.
