Purchased ESET Smart S, havne't recived UN & PW

    Hi

    I just bought ESET Smart Security, but havnen't recived the mail with my password and username jet.

    My referance ID is; m76313448.

    Any ideas?

    In the event that you have waited more than 4-5 hours for your key - i suggest that you check your junk email filters - sometimes ISPs can mis-classify email as junk email. :doubt:

    It must have been the email server glitch that caused the registration emails to be delayed. I'm happy to hear that everything is fine now.

    I'm sorry to say that I have jet to recive the UN & PW mail. It was only the billing information from WorldPay I recived earlier on, it read:

    I also purchased a 4 pack of the smart security yesterday 10aug08. It has been 24 hours without a license email or reply contact from support. What's the situation?
