Purchased 2 years license. No activation email

    I purchased a "ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4 (Home Ed) New 2yr 1-User Download" from the eset site but never got the second email from them containing the username and password for the download. I tried sending them a support email a few days ago but have not heard back from them. Their sales phone number just puts me in a hold loop.

    Any suggestions? Is this a common problem?
