    Just downloaded and gonna try DNS Jumper.
    Public DNS Server Tool looks interesting as well.

    DNS Jumper is definitely handy, but doesn't support having multiple addresses configured in case one goes down, the other will kick in. With Jumper, when I click the Apply DNS button, it only configures my PC for the one address that is selected on the list.

    I tried ruinebabine's find, Public DNS Server Tool 0.91.
    Via manual input, it does allow the user to select a set of 4 DNS addresses, configured in case one goes down, the other will kick in.
    I chose:
    NortonDNS
    Comodo DNS
    OpenDNS
    Google DNS

    I did not know it allows us to select as much as 4 different dns servers, thanks.

    Yes, but the bad thing of this is that it will expand your signature quite a bit... :D
