    I have a prosearch toolbar appear when I first use IE and adresses are redirected to this prosearch page, and some other ad-ware that occasionally pops up. Also, have been having trouble with coolshader (blank screen) taking over, although I may have fixed it, as I have not seen it during this session.

    I hope that you are able to help. I have run Ad-aware and Spybot. Here is my HJT log.

    I look forward to your advice. You offer an invaluable service to the poor innocents who suffer from such problems, and i very much appreciate your time.

    Hi hotevad,

    Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {4BCF322B-9621-4e90-9678-F1424EB7584E} - C:\WINDOWS\udpmod.dll

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {C486C58E-2A7C-570B-9A8E-EEC742ED0816} - C:\PROGRA~1\SITECI~1\burnhelp.dll

    O3 - Toolbar: Body Inter - {408B7CBF-3C6A-7042-14CF-1A74A48BE26E} - C:\PROGRA~1\SITECI~1\burnhelp.dll

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Part Four] C:\PROGRA~1\inside test five\Base Fast.exe

    Then reboot into safe mode and delete:
    C:\PROGRAM FILES\inside test five <= entire folder
    C:\PROGRAM FILES\SITECI~1 <= the entire folder that held burnhelp.dll

    Regards,

    Pieter

    Hello hotevad,

    Could you post a new HJT log for us to take a look at to make sure everything is gone?
