Programs running in the background

Hi!

This is a very good link, I think, for those who want to know what programs are running in the background.
When opening the task manager, we can see many programs running. Unfort. it isn't always very clear, especially for new users like me. So I finally found a page which gives a nice list of them. Moreover, it tells why we should leave them alone or if we can unable them safely. NEVER UNABLE A PROGRAM IF YOU'RE NOT SURE OF WHAT YOU'RE DOING. Like I did with some Dlls two weeks ago

And, it is always good to write down important changes in a journal in case you want to go back.
