does anybody know of or can recommend a good program to create thumbnails of media files ? i have tried icarus (freeware) and media preview (freeware) with mixed results. i dont mind paying if the program is good. i am aware that some thumbnails can be created by windows by viewing as medium or larger, but its very hit and miss and doesnt show thumbnails for some media files.
