Program filtering problem

I've read so much post but i haven't resolve my problem.
Windows 2000 professional
L'n'S puchase in 2005 and upgrade to "p3"
Change and upgade drivers but the program filtering don't start.
Help me please

Purtroppo ho paura che in fase di installazione (che per un problema ho dovuto eseguire due volte) mi abbia duplicato alcune chiavi del registro di sistema.
Ho provato a cercare ed eliminare quello che mi sembrava riconducibile ad una duplicazione ma purtroppo non ho ancora risolto.

Disinstalla/reinstalla e vedi un pò se cambia la cosa...ah, guarda anche qui http://www.looknstop.com/En/faq_problems.htm#driver_remove
cosi' ti assicuri che non rimangano residui sul Pc.

I have tried in all the ways.
I have uninstall, cleaned up the registry and reinstall but nothing.
It could derive from the fact that I have a modem usb (duallink 3com) with raspppoe?

These are my interfaces:

1) [ ] homeconnect ADSL modem
2) [X] WAN miniport IP
3) [ ] via Rhine ethernet LAN
4) [ ] WAN miniport network monitor

And now ?

 

I have resolved.
I have cleaned up the registry a second time.
After restart computer it is all working well.
