program error

    just recently i've had an error message when i lstart up spywareblaster 3.2,i receive an error box :


    The program has encountered an unexpected error
    Parameter cannot be null
    Parameter name: serializationStream



    i have reloaded new updateregularly but this same message keeps coming,i have been to the 'javacool' page and reloaded another downloadable version from a different source,but this timei get another error when trying to install on 'install wizard' : Delete file failed;code 5

    can anyone help please
