Process Guard and Acronis TrueImage 7.0

    I am a new user of Process Guard 3.15. After useing PG for a few days, I attempted to run an incremental backup with Acronis TrueImage 7.0 build 638. I have given TrueImage all priveliges, including read. TrueImage starts, but will not begin to create image. I put PG into learning mode, but still no go. Could Process Guard be the culprit, or do I need to contact Acronis? Thanks.
