Process File Info not listsed !

New to PE, trying to see what processes are using what ports, but all the process column displays is either a blank or system. No file info is displayed.


OS is NT4 sp6a

Hi there,
Did you close all the security software (protection, scanners) while installing Port Explorer? Which version of Port Explorer did you install?
Did you reboot after installation (after which you can enable all security too again of course).
Which firewall are you using?
Is the computer behaving well, internet connection etc?
You won't see files but applications, processes and sockets.
If you see blank processes is there any info in the next columns beside it or are those also blank?
And when you enable in the settings the logging, do you get any results there?
You did grant Port Explorer access to internet in your firewall, did you?
And did you get any error messages like missing files etc?
