I have run into issues with Acronis True Image Server 9.1 for Windows and Volume Shadow Copy on a SBS 2003 Box.
It seems to occasionally slow down the server for unexpected reasons.
The only error it generates during this period is a VolSnap Event ID 25 error.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello JChoi,

Thank you for using Acronis Corporate Products

First of all, please make sure that you are using the latest build of Acronis True Image 9.1 Server for Windows (build #3920). If the build number differs from the latest one, please log in to your account, download the latest build and install the product.

    Also please do the following:

Please download and install SnapAPI program, reboot the computer to complete the changes. The link is available at the private messages.

If the issue still remains, please submit a request to Acronis Customer Service Department here. We will find the reason.

    Thank you.
