Problems with username and password.

Hi

New around here..My problem is when I enter my username and password it tells me that it is incorrect. I have copied and pasted the details over from my email.
My vendor Chillisoft NZ even send me a new username and password to try and use but it still doesn't work. I even tried to download it again using my username
and password but won't allow me.

Any ideas

Didn't u copy & paste a space by accident, and was the downloadlink u used for the correct NOD32 version?

Forward the original email that contains your Username and Password to my email address blackspear @ wilderssecurity.com and I will arrange for it to be checked.
