Problems with trial version 9 true image

    ive downloaded this , but i cant get pass the registration.

    please advise.

  3. I also downloaded the TrueImage 9 Trial:
    http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/

    and got the following error at the Registration Screen:
    "Failed to register the product. Please try again later."

    I'm on WinXP SP2.
    NOT a very good trial experience, Acronis.

    Can you please let me know where to also get a copy of the registration free trial or post a work-around to this issue?

    I hate to jump on a "me too" bandwagon... but I too have downloaded the trial version to see if this will suit our needs, only to be blocked by the "Failed to register the product. Please try again later." error.

    Not a very impressive start to the evaluation.

    Can I please get the link to get the trial version...

    I downloaded the installer verions from the web site, and I'm having the registration problem too.

    Having exactly the same problem "Failed to register. Please try again later" with demo version. Seems to be a common problem.

    Hi,

    Sorry but would really appreciate a response on this one, remember trial software users are potential customers, please try and keep us happy. Would appreciate similar turnaround on requests other users have got ie a few hours.

    If you cannot register a trial version of an Acronis product during installation and receive either the "Registration database is not available. Please try again later" or "Failed to register the product. Please try again later." error message then please do as thomasjk has suggested and follow the instructions from this Sticky Thread.
