Problems with the register

    We are trying to register a Free RSS license but the next message is appearing:
    "Your registration request will be pending until a confirmation is received from Returnil licensing server. Please be patient, this could take a few minutes to complete."
    This was 6 days ago and the process doesn't has been finished. It seems to be a problem with the Returnil licensing server, do you know something about?

    Hi,
    Send an e-mail to support (dash) tech (at) returnil (dot) com with the Installation ID (preferences > advanced tab) for the client that isn't registering and we can take a look at the server to see what is going on in this case.
